Bio: Mark is a Partner in the Tax, Trusts and Estates practice group. He is Certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the California State Bar, and his technical skills were recognized by his appointment as a Fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel. During his tenure as an adjunct professor at Chapman University School of Law, he developed a passion for talking about complicated issues in plain language. Now, he helps clients and their families develop and administer highly personalized, tax-efficient estate plans. He also has extensive experience in charitable planning, including private foundation formation and compliance.
