Sitting in front of a computer all day can be straining on your back and your body in general. Joseph Hawthorne, CPT-ACSM, AKC, RBT of Block Fitness will lead you through a series of movements that can help ease tension in these areas and give you better range in mobility.
Clear some space where you can comfortably move around for a twenty minute mobility and stretching workout. There will be some time at the end for questions and tips. Class is limited to 25. Zoom link will be emailed the morning of the event.
