Objectives:
  • Recognize reportable cash transactions (form 8300, etc.) and possible money laundering and "structuring" issues with serious legal consequences.
  • Identify clients misbehavior and/or misguided behavior with respect to cash transactions.
  • Determine when certain businesses must register as gold dealers (jewelers, etc) to avoid serious sanctions
