What is the REAL impact of dropping 20% of your clients?
Is the impact more time, less money or maybe less headaches, more joy. This month we will use a tool called the Pareto Analysis to answer this deceptively simple question. All participants are requested to complete the analysis before the meeting so that we have real data to share. Remember with knowledge comes power and if we know the make-up of our client base, we can respond so that we are better able to serve our client base.
